Story about  Vera

There is a girl in my group Vera. She is a little afraid of strangers, wary of the unknown games and exercises. When she meets new people and things she often closes her eyes with hands, clenched her fists. For quite a long time I could not establish contact with her (she willingly went with me for a walk or in the hall, but always turned away, closed her eyes when I invite her to show off, look at the toy and touch it). Also I could not clean her teeth - she clasped her lips, turned away ... But we kept in touch, and at some point the ice finally began to move. At this point it is important to mention that one of the favorite Vera's pastimes - twist the hair on her head: the girl takes a strand and pulls it on her finger. She does it almost constantly, and therefore she's always got very funny and unusual hairstyle.

And once, when we were alone with her on the bench, she suddenly pulled my hair and began to touch it.  I allowed her to touch my hair, and she with every moment was becoming bolder. At the same time at her face was so amazing, fantastic delight! So I talked to her about hair and hairstyles, sang songs. And she was putting my hair in some strange manner. I think that after that day our relationship with Vera finally come to trust, and with it came willingness to open. We managed to make considerable progress since then. Now Vera isn't afraid of games and activities that I suggest to her, we play with the ball, mosaics, and now we clean the teeth too.
